**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide them with customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance, and stay updated on industry trends and changes.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our insurance products.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are continuously met.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on their insurance policies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales are a plus.
