**Job Title**

L2 Support

Good exposure on Unix flavours (Solaris, Linux, AIX) Good analytical skills on Oracle and MySQL. Working knowledge on Windows Platform. Working experience on Production Support domain. Should be flexible to work in 24x7 shifts Good knowledge on ITIL principles. Provide implementation Support Postproduction deployment support which is Incident management support Problem management support Update the production support runbooks as required
