We are looking for an UI/UX designer with good visual design knowledge (80% on UI and 20% on UX). Should be comfortable working on UI design by providing design solutions to clients. Good communication skills require talking to clients, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions for complex requirements.

The roles and responsibilities of the UI/UX Designer include the following:

- Ability to design Wireframe and create high fidelity prototypes.
- Understand and successfully deliver designs that meet measurable criteria.
- Facilitate discussions and presentations for both working and delivery purposes.
- Ability to address change with flexibility and ease.
- Be aware of, and ideally experienced in design thinking methodologies.
- Work within a cross-functional team and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly. An excitement to grow and a professional.
- Passion for UI design and intuitive empathy for everyday users.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Confidence in stepping up into a mentoring position.

**Desired Profile**:
> 3+ years of experience in UI/UX

> Must have a good working knowledge of XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.

> Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-tasking

**Key Skill**:
Good working knowledge on primary tools XD & Figma for UI design and Secondary tools Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign

**Sub Skill**:
Graphics Design knowledge to work creative designs like logo, Infographics, Brochures in tools Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.
