Drive periodic gap remediation programs. Assist in aligning on right management action plans to close gaps. ? Coach teams on industry best practices both for implementing right solutions and demonstrating those solutions through appropriate evidence.

? Collaborate virtually both with Minneapolis US based teams and India (Gurugram/Hyderabad) teams. ? Identify and curate a repository of evidence golden samples to help define what good looks like.

? Drive positive results within our Application Vulnerability testing and remediation program. ? Provide regular analysis and support weekly dashboard reporting.

**Required skills**: ? Having a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in conducting Information Security Risk, Audit and Compliance Management ? Capable of presenting to senior leaders. Strong verbal, written communication & analytical skills.

? Strong engineering aptitude and solution currency w/r/t information security and IT developments. ? A strong MS office tools command, specifically Excel and Power BI (power platform) ?

Preferred - Have an In-depth knowledge on the Internal Application Technology Framework and the company standards/frameworks. ? Have a good knowledge about VA tools like VeraCode, McAfee Foundstone, Qualys etc., ? Good practice manager requires a strong communication and collaboration skill set.

? In dept knowledge on ISMS, SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (SOC1, SOC2), ITGC, OWASP control set. ? Having a good knowledge on OWASP framework ?

ISO 27001:2013 (LA/LI), ITIL, CEH, CISA certifications are preferred. ? Hands on experience MS office, Excel, Power BI tools like Tableau Dashboards etc.,
