Lab Assistant

**Key Responsibility: -**
- Will be responsible for conducting testing and inspection of petroleum and related products specifically in South Indian location.
- Preparing and testing samples, recording test results on site at Chennai location and will be responsible for complete inspection and reporting of results at corporate office located in Noida.
- Well versed with basic testing of samples of petroleum lubricants for testing according to standard procedures.
- Must be flexible with shift-based work.
- Must know Tamil & Hindi or Tamil & English Languages.
- Conduct tests on petroleum and related products like diesel, kerosene, & lubricants using a variety of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Must be convenient / flexible with travelling in and around the Chennai location.
- Record test results accurately and completely.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment and facilities.
- Order and stock laboratory supplies and chemicals.
- Assist the Petroleum Lubricant Testing Supervisor in other tasks as needed.
- Ability to work in a movable laboratory with exposure to chemicals and hazardous materials.

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills like Google sheets / ERP etc.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

- Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Lab Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
