Rmo (Pain & Palliative)

1. Provide symptom management, pain relief and psycho-socio-spiritual care for the patient in inpatient care, outpatient clinic and home-based care.

2. Facilitate clarification of patient and family goals of care.

3. Facilitate information sharing and decision-making regarding patient care.

4. Consult with fellow physicians and the interdisciplinary team in establishing a written plan of care at intervals specified in the plan.

5. Adhere to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, families, staff, and the organization.

6. Assist in the development of standards of care and practice etc.
- Supervising patients visiting the hospital to seek treatment as in-patients and out-patients and ensuring a hassle-free medical care
- Responding to emergencies and assisting consultants in providing life support
- Performing medical examinations and diagnosis
- Studying and modifying patients’ diets regularly based on how the patient is responding to the already prescribed medication and treatment
- Working with other RMO to provide around-the-clock services to patients
- Assessing urgent admissions as required when the consultant on duty is not immediately available
- Performing daily rounds of dialysis patients

14. Documentation of patient records in EMR. All investigations & prescriptions to be raised through EMR.

15. Helping in Gastroenterology Department during the free hours.

16. Home Care Services should also be attended. Also should attend home care service after duty hours for which extra remuneration will be given.

17. Should attend emergency ambulance shifting of patient if required and also should attend camps which is scheduled in advance.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
