**_Associate, Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics_**

**_Responsibilities_**
**_ _**
**_24X7 Process with rotational shifts_**
**_ _**
**_Monitoring of key engine parameter to detect impending failures and assess engine performance._**
**_ _**
**_Trend and data analysis backed with knowledge of aviation terms and troubleshooting_**
**_ _**
**_Evaluate current state of engine performance and recommend course correction_**
**_ _**
**_Interpret Technical publications like Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual, Repair Manual etc. _**
**_Communicate and follow-up with Product line team and customer _**
**_Prepare and publish daily customer reports_**
**_ _**
**_Drive and support continuous improvement efforts through LEAN philosophy_**
**_ _**
**_ _**
**_Qualifications_**
**_Minimum qualifications_**
**_ _**
**_Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (A & C)_**
**_ _**
**_Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and Trend interpretation_**
**_

**_Preferred qualifications_**

**_Previous experience in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) role_**
**_ _**
**_Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills_**
**_ _**
**_Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent_**
**_ _**
**_Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend or night shift)_**
**_ _**
**_Strong attention to detail_**
**_ _**
**_Working knowledge of Microsoft tool like word, Excel and PowerPoint_**
