Handling Real Estate Land acquisitions process with clear title.

Handling Preparation of File and all Legal Paper Compliance. Handling Publication of Paper Notice Handling vetting documents and reviews all MOUs, Contracts, Agreements, Application, Notices, Drafting Deeds and documents with co-ordination of external counsel/ senior advocates

Handling all Real Estates Documentation with co-ordination of external counsel/ senior advocates Handling Deeds of Real Estate, Property Law (RERA) and RERA Registration. Handling Document verification and Franking.

Handling Registration compliance of Document. Handling Post Registration process, template, restoring maintaining old agreements/ documents

Handling Liasioning Documents with all Government departments, tehsildar and other departments.

Handling updating of Land bank, Quadra for court cases

Maintain updates of Legal Back office Attends client meetings to resolve their issues.

Drafting of Public Notices, Notices and Notice replies

Co ordination in between Departments for complying with their respective requirements

Assisting panel advocates in drafting of suits plaints and other documentation Co coordinating with legal team members

Required Skillset

Civil Lawyer
- Real-estate experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of RERA is must
- Attention to detail in order to identify and correct risk practices.
- Ability to handle the role independently and take decisions.
- Must be a strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and writing.
- Well versed drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Fluent Communication Skills.
- Sound understanding over all aspects of legal matters related to real estate drafting agreements and in non-litigation legal matters

Experience : Min 5-6 years in Real Estate Industry

Qualification : LLB

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
