Planning and execution of digital marketing budgets across H-Cura businesses and delivering best-in-class ROI on our digital campaigns.

Mapping the brand marketing calendar to create a social media content calendar.

Driving MoM growth for the H-Cura on FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Taking care of all the video collateral for the brand & growing the H-Cura YouTube channel.

Research, Ideate and execute key social campaigns to drive organic growth and engagement

Working closely with an internal team of designers, Marketing Team, and Operations Team for the smooth functioning.

Liaising with celebrities’ influencers/bloggers to work on brand campaigns.

Own and manage the most important social media KPIs.

Planning product marketing initiatives and execution through social channels

Creating reports for content marketing performance across platforms and campaigns (weekly/monthly)

Responsible for increasing the followers and Subscribers in all the social media platforms through organic approach and paid promotions.

Responsible for H-Cura Applications downloads through running the play store and Ios - Organically and Paid Campaigns.

Should be responsible to achieve the target no’s in terms of Followers, Likes, Subscribers and Downloaders fixed by management for all the social media | Google SEO | Play Store & IOS platforms.

Leading content marketing initiatives for new product launches (pitch decks, product videos & more)

Work closely with the performance marketing team to write content to meet campaign objectives

Work closely with stakeholders for marketing plans on new & existing services across various categories.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience working across different social media channels (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google SEO & Youtube)

Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram advertising platform is required.

A good grasp of the different social media insights dashboards

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

Interest in newer/niche social channels (Tumblr, Reddit, Pinterest)

Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Keyhole, Buffer, etc.
