**Responsibilities**:
Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their visa needs, understand their background, and provide personalized advice and solutions.

Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Maintain accurate and organized client records, documentation, and case notes.

Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, procedures, and requirements, and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Law, or a related discipline (additional certifications or training in immigration services is a plus).

Proven experience working as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role, preferably in an immigration consultancy or legal firm.

Familiarity with different immigration systems and procedures of various countries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client documentation and case files.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple client cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Knowledge of multiple languages (in addition to English) is a plus, as it can facilitate communication with clients from different linguistic backgrounds.

Familiarity with cultural differences and sensitivity in working with international clients.

Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, employee recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.

Stay updated with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in HR practices and policies.

Assist in the implementation of HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).

Proven work experience in HR roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Familiarity with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
