Role

As a QA Engineer with our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems, particularly focusing on data testing and data pipelines. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans that align with data validation principles. You will be designing effective tests for user stories and ensuring their proper implementation.You will be responsible for executing system testing, including ELT processes and data

We are located in Austin (USA), Singapore, and Hyderabad (India).

You have experience leading small to mid-sized testing teams, driving productivity, accountability, and performance through constructive feedback mechanisms. In terms of technical responsibilities, you excel in leveraging ETL tools and frameworks to validate data transformations, integrations, and load processes.

You oversee test planning, agile methodologies, status tracking, and issue management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You collaborate with development managers, data architects, and other stakeholders to drive technical solutions, research new testing technologies, and optimize testing processes. Your proactive nature, self-motivation, and ownership of responsibilities make you a trusted leader in the ETL testing space.
