- **Kitchen Management**:
Main Responsibilities: - full round of base kitchen responsible for maintaining facilities, administration, and Quality of food.

Responsible for maintaining cleanness & and hygiene.

Should have knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point

IHM freshers can be considered.
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Oversee food storage, handling, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to kitchen staff based on their skills and experience.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster a positive work environment and maximize productivity.
- **Menu Development and Cost Control**:

- Collaborate with management to develop menus that meet customer preferences and budgetary requirements.
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Control portion sizes and minimize food waste to optimize profitability.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
- Address customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries among kitchen staff.

Prefrence Hotel and hospitality management degree or diploma holders
