Receptionist

As the Receptionist at Veer Mahindra, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining an efficient and welcoming front desk. You will manage phone calls, greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries, and support various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a friendly and professional individual with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:Welcome and greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Ensure a positive and memorable first impression for clients, guests, and employees.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Managing Phone Calls:Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
Route calls to the appropriate staff members or take accurate messages.
Maintain a neat and organized phone system.
Administrative Support:Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Maintain the reception area and keep it clean and organized.
Scheduling and Appointments:Schedule appointments and meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Coordinate with employees to inform them of visitor appointments.
Ensure timely reminders and updates for scheduled events.
Office Security:Monitor and manage visitor access and security protocols.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Report any security concerns or incidents promptly.
Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving routine issues.
Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
