**Plan Modelling**: Create detailed plans and models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

**3D Rendering**: Utilize your skills in 3D rendering to bring architectural designs to life, providing clients with realistic visualizations of both interior and exterior spaces.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and designers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural plans with other project elements.

**Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback, incorporating these into the design process.

**Research and Innovation**: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in architecture, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the design table.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Strong proficiency in plan modeling and 3D rendering software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creative design.
