**ob Title**: Operations Coordinator - Solar Outreach

**Location**: Shirpur District, Dhule

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with telecallers to receive leads and update the farmer database accurately.
- Collaborate with field sales executives to track the progress of leads and support sales conversion efforts.
- Maintain communication with installers, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery and installation of solar pumps.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions, installation schedules, and customer information.
- Manage logistics and inventory to ensure the availability of necessary equipment for installations.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of leads, installations, and customer feedback.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the installation process promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the district when necessary.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate databases and records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems and installation processes is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the district when required.
