The Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within an organization. They work closely with the senior project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project planning and scheduling, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact project success.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Support the project team in executing project tasks and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive project environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and project management practices to ensure the adoption of best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, project management, or engineering).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project issues.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall) is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements and priorities.
- Professional certifications in project management (such as CAPM or PMP) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
