**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the logístical planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and equipment rentals
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather event requirements, preferences, and feedback
- Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, agendas, signage, and name badges
- Assist with on-site event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
- Provide on-site support during events, including greeting guests, managing registration, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Coordinate with catering staff to ensure food and beverage service runs smoothly and meets client expectations
- Assist with post-event activities, such as collecting feedback from clients and attendees, organizing event debrief meetings, and updating event documentation
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses, invoices, and payments
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and managing office supplies
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
