**Commercial Coordination**:

- Place orders and quotes, ensuring timely updates and communication with the Supply Chain.
- Verify LC terms and coordinate with Sales for Proforma Invoices; update delivery dates in DISCOS II.
- Ensure material availability and timely reservation of materials for customer orders.
- Manage returns with Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor material movements and resolve disputes during the project period.
- Create Picklists for dispatch, arrange transport, and monitor revenue and material availability.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, support period closings, and maintain proper documentation in DISCOS II.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, and Yard Operations to resolve issues and reduce transport costs.
- Manage logistics requirements within the country and submit bills and provisions on time.
- Propose process improvements and handle additional duties as assigned.

**Export-Import Coordination**:

- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and CHAs, and prepare and verify export and import documents.
- Ensure timely duty payments and customs refunds; track all shipments.
- Prepare Proforma Order Confirmations and Tax Invoices; coordinate dispatches and quarantine imported items.
- Allocate Import Sea Freight, post DOKA GMBH invoices, and verify and process Clearance Bills.
- Manage customer creation and order import materials after checking stock.
- Communicate stock availability to the Sales team and resolve inventory issues.
- Handle DISOCS orders, prepare monthly closing reports, and provide weekly/monthly MIS to management.
- Perform monthly invoicing for engineering services.

**Qualifications**:

- Required Skills and Experience_
- Proven experience of commercial coordination & EXIM.
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes and Motivation_
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
- You have a well-developed analytical skill.
- You have the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- You are proactive, highly self-motivated, and has high level of integrity.
