We are hiring for a gaming company based in Ahmedabad, specializing in the development of both 2D and 3D mobile games across various genres including casual, hyper-casual, and hybrid casual. We pride ourselves on creating engaging and innovative gaming experiences that are easy to pick up and play.

**Position Overview**:
They are seeking a creative and passionate Game Designer to join mobile gaming team. As a Game Designer, you will collaborate closely with the senior design team to conceptualize, design, and develop new mobile games. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining design documentation, including game design documents, game mechanics, gameplay flow, asset lists, level design, and design specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the senior design team to develop innovative game concepts and features for mobile games.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including game design documents, game mechanics, gameplay flow, asset lists, level design, and design specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, particularly in the mobile gaming sector.
- Conduct thorough research on popular and trending mobile games to identify key gameplay mechanics, design elements, and player engagement strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, artists, and testers to ensure the successful implementation of game designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance game concepts and features.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing games and gameplay mechanics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 year) in game design, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar game development platforms.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, gameplay flow, and player psychology.
- Ability to research and analyze trending games and incorporate successful elements into new game designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for gaming and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
