**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

**Overview**:
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and updating various types of data into computer systems and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data entry processes. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization's database.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Entry**: Input alphanumeric and symbolic data from source documents into the designated computer databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

2. **Verification**: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data input to ensure that all information entered meets established standards and requirements.

3. **Quality Assurance**: Conduct routine checks to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in the data to maintain data integrity and reliability.

4. **Database Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining and updating databases by performing regular data cleaning, sorting, and organizing tasks as required.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of data entry activities, including data source, input methods, and any issues encountered during the process.

6. **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and adhere to data protection policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality and security.

7. **Deadline Adherence**: Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines to ensure timely delivery of data entry services and support operational efficiency.

8. **Communication**: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to communicate any challenges, discrepancies, or improvements in data entry processes effectively.

10. **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data quality through the implementation of best practices and technological advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry operations or similar roles with a demonstrated track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with excellent accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations and policies.

Pay: ₹10,138.25 - ₹15,000.00 per month
