- Ensure ingredients are fresh and meet quality standards, practicing proper food storage and handling.
- Assist with menu development, incorporating traditional Italian flavors and modern trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving and stocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in an Italian restaurant or familiarity with Italian cuisine is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Position**: Service Staff (Server, Host/Hostess, Food Runner)
**Reports to**: Front-of-House Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, offering suggestions based on the menu.
- Serve dishes promptly and with a professional demeanor, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and clearing.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to manage order timing and special requests.
- Handle payments, using the restaurant's POS system efficiently.
- Uphold Si Nonna's standards of hospitality, reflecting a passion for Italian culture and cuisine.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Italian food and wine is a bonus.
