**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Key roles and responsibilities** shall include liasioning with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive the following:

- Ensuring timely communicating DPR (daily Progress reports, DLR (daily Labour Report), DMCR Daily Material consumption report and MIS
- Project design brief.
- Identification and appointment of project vendors such as PMC consultants, QS, contractors, consultants, architects etc
- Project cost budgeting.
- Monitoring project execution from timelines and cost perspective; identifying and rectifying avenues of deviation

**Qualifications**:

- BE/Diploma/B-Tech (Civil)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a project execution and management role
- Work experience with a reputed real estate developer (regional or Pan India), with track record of delivering completed projects from start to finish especially residential with a preference for low cost housing
