We are seeking a **Warehouse Incharge** to oversee and manage the operations of our **warehouse facility**. As the **Warehouse Incharge**, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and organized handling of goods, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
- Must be Graduate
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory management, and logistics
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe working practices
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and implementing proper documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and streamline operations
- Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to minimize accidents and injuries
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and productivity
- Collaborate closely with the procurement team to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
