An individual contributor role support Pan India warehouse and Component management operations.
- Monitoring of Stock inwards at warehouse as per agreed SLA. Approximate volume 100 Components per day. Warehouse scattered across the country includes - 5 locations manage through 3PL and rest at Pki Offices.
- Warehouse BIN management. Delete/replace unused one to the new one.
- Track Physical inward check in line with SAP transactions.
- Stock allocation to Open demand through SAP and communicate warehouse.
- Warehouse dispatch preparation including Packing and shipment readiness exercise.
- Document prep for shipment as per country Tax requirement
- Engineer Components requirement check and map inventory on first track
- Inter country component movement.
- Ensure warehouse stationary and related infrastructure measure and highlight management to take appropriate action.
- Enters critical Field Service parts orders into SAP. During order entry determines accuracy of information, inventory/FSL availability, shipment information and order priority. Notifies Field Service Team of non-shipments and changes in processes.
- All backorders/Alerts are monitored to ensure the quickest possible fulfilment. To complete this task, it is necessary to have a full understanding of SAP, Lotus Notes and the other ERP systems and Operations/Transportation personnel across the manufacturing sites.
- Continual communication with engineers regarding order/shipment status.
- Prepares documentation for non-SAP shipments to Field Service Team.
- Maintain statistics on Warehouse complete inward, stock and outward with all details.
- Notifies Database Administration Team (Customer Master Maintenance) of field engineer inventory location and ship to address additions as required.
- Transacts parts to Field Service Engineer cost centers and investigates discrepancies concerning Field Service Inventory locations.
- Maintain and manage Non-PKI components inwards and outwards including defective/ obsolete Inventory management back to warehouse.

**Teamwork - **Demonstrate collaboration approach to Pan India engineer, i.e. 100+, Sales Staff 40+ and other key stakeholders including functions 30+ on regular basis. Good command over SAP system, Outlook and Excel to update and share relevant information time to time. Drive accountability on the role assigned.

**Project Participation - **This role requires time to time system upgrade or development based on the periodic change and business dynamics related requirement. Should demonstrate speed of delivery and effectiveness on Continuous Improvement activities or projects.
