**Responsibilities**:
a. Inventory Management: Oversee the overall inventory management process, including stock input, output, and control.
b. Purchasing: Coordinate and manage the purchasing process to ensure timely acquisition of stock while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
c. MOQ Management: Determine and place Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) in line with stock requirements and supplier terms.
d. Order Placement: Facilitate the timely placement of orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to supply chain demands.
e. Stock Placement: Organize and oversee the proper placement of stock in designated areas, ensuring efficient access and easy monitoring.
f. Stock Monitoring: Implement systems for constant monitoring of stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective actions.
g. Reporting: Generate regular reports on stock levels, movements, and variances for management review.
h. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve stock management processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
i. Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise a team of stockkeeping personnel to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
a. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a stock management or related role.
b. Knowledge: Proficient in inventory management systems and procedures.
c. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
d. Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors, team members, and management.
e. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize stock levels.
f. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve stock-related issues effectively.
g. Leadership: Experience in leading and managing a team is a plus.
h. Qualification: A degree in business, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
