**AR Caller**

A Trainee in the voice function's primary responsibility will be to ensure that healthcare providers are reimbursed for their services and that patients receive accurate and timely bills for their medical care.
- Making outbound calls to insurances for claim status, account receivable follow up, denial management and eligibility verification
- Denial documentation and further action
- Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement
- Maintain the individual daily logs.
- Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs
- Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
- Compliance with client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, company's quality system and policies.
- A communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- **Experienced - 0.6 to 2 years of experience**:

- **Should have experience in denial management**:

- **Should be a graduate**:

- **Should be flexible for night shift and voice process**:

- **Should be an immediate joiner**

**Shift Timing - Night shift ( US shift )**

**Week off - Saturday Sunday fixed week off**
