**Guest Interaction**: Ensure guests receive high-quality service; address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
**Daily Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
**Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed.
**Cost Control**: Monitor and control costs, including food, beverage, labor, and overhead expenses.
**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as local regulations.
**Food & Beverage Quality**: Ensure that all food and beverages served meet the establishment’s quality standards.
**Menu Development**: Assist in menu planning and development, considering customer preferences and seasonal availability.
**Sales Monitoring**: Monitor sales performance and work on strategies to increase revenue
**Supplier Management**: Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for food and beverage supplies.
**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to improve service and offerings.
**Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to make improvements in service and menu offerings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
