Inside Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Representative in the EdTech industry, your role will focus on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales for educational technology products and services. You will work closely with potential customers (schools, universities, educators, and learning institutions) to understand their needs and demonstrate how the company’s solutions can meet their educational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Qualify inbound leads and identify decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- **Sales Calls & Product Demos**:
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and follow-up with warm leads.
- Provide virtual product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of the EdTech solutions.
- Customize presentations to meet the unique needs of individual schools, districts, or educational organizations.
- **Sales Closing**:
- Drive the sales process from lead to close, ensuring successful acquisition of new customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate proposals and pricing packages.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- **Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s educational products, services, and solutions.
- Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitors, and industry developments to ensure relevant sales conversations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in EdTech.
- Experience in inside sales or telesales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with educational decision-makers and influencers.
- Knowledge of the education sector and EdTech products is a plus.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
