**Construction Management**
Coordinate with internal and external agencies for overall construction management
Maintaining the construction timelines and flagging any issues affecting the same.
Work with project managers to develop the construction sequences, generation of fronts and achieving construction targets.
Identify any additional resource requirements to be augmented from Nayara side and work out modus-operandi for the same.
Coordinate among construction managers of PMC and EPCs to synergise the overall construction of ADP-1
Coordination with Refinery teams for permitting and system handing over.
Review constructability plans.
Identify the issues affecting project progress

**Ensure smooth and timely flow of information among stakeholders.**
Project Planning and Control
Prepare macro and micro project/ activity schedules in coordination with Project Managers.
Review the schedules prepared by EPC/PMC for correctness and viability.
Monitoring of schedules and timelines and red flagging the issues.
Expediting the engineering, procurement for construction front generation.

**Risk Management**
Identify project construction risks, and work out the contingency/mitigation plans

**Change Management**

**MIS**
Collect relevant information from stakeholders and reports.
Maintain project progress and milestones database.

**HSE Management**
Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures during all stages of project

**Quality Management**
Ensure that quality systems are in place and duly implemented during all stages of project**Construction Management**
