Sanjay Ghodawat International School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Economics / Accountancy Facilitator to join our team for the CAIE IGCSE & AS/A Level programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Economics and/or Accountancy that align with the Cambridge International IGCSE & AS/A Level curriculum.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Develop appropriate assessment methods to evaluate student understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning and growth.
- **Conceptual Understanding**: Foster a deep conceptual understanding of economic and accounting principles among students through interactive and inquiry-based teaching methods.
- **Resource Development**: Create and utilize a variety of instructional resources, including multimedia materials, case studies, and simulations, to enhance learning experiences and cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum coherence, share best practices, and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Economics and/or Accountancy at the CAIE IGCSE & AS/A Level or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge International IGCSE & AS/A Level Economics and/or Accountancy curriculum, including assessment requirements.
- Proficiency in instructional methodologies, pedagogical approaches, and assessment techniques relevant to Economics and Accountancy education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues and parents.
