**Function**: Business Development

**Location**: Lucknow, Kanpur

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support the company’s distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors.
- Increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment.
- Joint calls with distributors RM in a competitive market and assist them in documentation.
- Channelize key market intelligence to the products & investment team.
- Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor’s visits, concalls, etc.
- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.
- Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements.
- To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities
- Constant updation on new products & best practices.

**Qualifications**
- MBA / PG equivalent

**Experience**
- The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region.
- Has managed key distributor relationships with MNC banks like HDFC, SCB, Citi, Kotak wealth etc.
- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of AIF & PMS and equity markets.
- Thorough Knowledge on equity markets
- Willing to work in an Individual contributor role
