**Responsibilities**:

- Design and conduct original medical research studies, including clinical trials and observational studies.
- Develop research protocols, data collection tools, and analysis plans in accordance with scientific and ethical standards.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex medical data using advanced statistical methods and software.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all relevant research regulations.
- Write and publish scientific papers, research reports, and grant proposals.
- Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and other professional forums.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, statisticians, and other researchers.
- Mentor junior researchers and research assistants, providing guidance on research methodologies and best practices.
- Stay current with the latest developments in medical research and relevant scientific literature.
- Manage research projects, including timeline planning, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Ensure the ethical conduct of research, including obtaining informed consent and protecting participant privacy.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Medicine, Biology, Epidemiology, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-doctoral research experience in a medical or biomedical field.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, study design, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and statistical methods.
- Excellent scientific writing skills, with a track record of peer-reviewed publications.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and current trends in medical research.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary research teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
