- Upselling and Revenue Generation
- Compliance and Safety

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or captain role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu items, and service techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy dining area.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,690.66 - ₹24,282.22 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
