Purchase Coordinator

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Administration or any.
- 2-5 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Sales, Customer service or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to track multiple processes.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensures competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Locate vendors of materials or supplies and negotiate terms of sales.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for materials.
- Coordinates with suppliers & logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Purchase Claims and coordination
- Control Purchase department budget
- Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and formulating policies with suppliers.
- Arranging local transport
- Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Coordinates with user inter-departments and suppliers.
- Supports relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of cost calculation and projects.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
