**Job Title**: Hospital Floor Incharge

**Location**: Attapur, Zoi Hospital

**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital floor, including patient admissions, discharge procedures, and bed allocation.
- Coordinate with medical staff, nurses, and administrative personnel to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Handle the hospital outpatient department (OPD), including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and addressing patient queries.
- Provide financial counseling to patients regarding treatment costs, insurance coverage, and payment options.
- Maintain knowledge of the appointment slots booking system and oversee its proper functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by patients, visitors, or staff members in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in hospital OPD handling is preferred.**:

- Strong financial counseling skills, with knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
