Deputy Housekeeper

**Job Description: Deputy House Keeper**

**Reporting to - Executive House Keeper**

**Main Activities/ Tasks**
- He / she has the ultimate responsibility to make sure that the property provides sellable, well-furnished and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas
- He is responsible to ensure Excellence in Housekeeping sanitization, Safety, Comfort and Aesthetics for the Hotel Guests.
- He will be responsible for the developing the Departmental policies and procedures from which the highest possible degree of cleanliness, maintenance and Aesthetic value is achieved.
- To over see coordination and administration of all Housekeeping programs and projects.
- To act as a source of contact in the Interdepartmental Communication and ventures professional agencies etc.
- He will review all personal action of subordinates in areas of discipline, termination and promotion and will be responsible for developing all training needs within the department through proper implementation through the supervisors in the rooms and public areas.
- He will be providing the corporate Housekeeper the expenses and capital expenditure reports.
- Making the monthly reports and consumption of the chemicals, Guest room supplies and labor, Linen, Laundry, Uniform and Contract Cleaning etc.
- To provide Budget and Budget control to the upper Management.

**SCOPE**

To cover all the activities in Housekeeping and Laundry.

**RESPONSIBILITY**

To ensure all the areas related to housekeeping is running smoothly.

**Salary range** - 28 K to 35 K

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
