Role
- Compensation & Benefits Management
- Manage Appraisal increments, Promotion increments, Salary Restructuring.
- Induction for new joinees
- Providing inputs in formalizing HR processes and policies and implementation of the same
- Job analysis, Competency mapping and formulating Job Descriptions.
- Confirmation Letters.
- Facilitate Disciplinary action
- HR policies updation
- Employee Relations
- Conducting Open House sessions with agents to understand their issues and resolve them at the earliest.
- Daily floor visit to follow up on any employee related query, issues and concerns
- Communicating HR policies and processes to employees
- Inform employees about Accelerated Growth Programme and Hippo programme
- Facilitate implementation of career growth programme(Hippo)
- Conducting focus groups and meeting with employees to understand their concerns
- Assistance in organizing of get-togethers,picnics,parties,etc
- Process Improvements
- Adherence to information security policy.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
