**Experience**:

- Should have 3+ years of experience with an NGO / in CSR
- Expertise of managing variety of theme area would be ideal
- Rich experience in project implementation
- Experience of independent consulting to corporate or NGOs would be preferred

**Business Development**
- Maintain regular contact with the clients, experts and NGOs
- Co-ordinating with existing clients & developed new of client base
- Undertake strategic analysis of the industries for new client lead and evolving new program areas
- Undertake thematic analysis of the development sector to bring in social innovation while designing program for the corporate

**CSR program design**
- Prepare proposals, program design, implementation models, M& E structure as per the requirement of the corporate and program areas
- Supporting proposal writing
- Undertaking desk research required for client work
- Undertake program development and prepare final blue print of the program design

**Program implementation**
- Manage and add on to the network of experts and NGOs
- Responsible for program implementation along with the other team members
- Ensuring cost effectiveness in project management
- Connecting with NGOs at local and national level
- Undertake travelling to inner districts as per project requirement
- Prepare regular documents, reports etc related to CSR program

**Reporting and update**
- Develop daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly review agenda with different stakeholders
- Prepare and keep regular updates to companies top management

**Relationship Management**
- Act as focal point for company and handle every client account as per the CSR strategy
- Receive corporate perspective on the assignment, future project and prospects

**Skills and Abilities**
- Willingness / Passionate to learn about CSR Consulting
- Ability to appreciate NGO as well as corporate perspective of CSR
- Ability to present perspectives to corporate
- Ability to work with Corporate and Government
- Should have entrepreneurial mindset
- Grass Root level work experience of CSR would be an added advantage
- Competent in understanding business cases, problems and solutions
- Good understanding of business financial and development activities
- Leadership qualities and people driven
- Self motivated individual and ready to motivate others as well
- Strong networking skills for NGO & Corporate
- Competent in understanding business cases, problems and solutions
- Good communication and presentation skill (oral & written)

**Remuneration**

As per the qualification and experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
