**What you’ll do**:

- You will work in one of the three areas of focus: Associate Quality Analyst, Associate Developer, Associate Salesforce Consultant. The area of focus will be determined through the interview process.
- You will participate in a special program designed for individuals just graduating from college. The program will include on-hands learning, group training sessions, individual self-paced training.
- There will be an opportunity to use the experience you gained during college to solve real client problems.
- You will learn technologies such as Sitecore, Salesforce, Jira, Apex etc.
- You will work with your manager to create a plan to establish your career path within the organization.
- You will have an opportunity to work on an appropriate project team with other individuals from the program, owning an aspect of the project. Examples of this may include project coordination, requirements gathering, quality assurance, configuration, and documentation.
- You will have an opportunity to work on internal projects such as process improvement, technology implementation and configuration.

**What you bring**:

- College graduate with a degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred
- Basic understanding of technology and a curiosity to grow your skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a bonus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
