Position Title: Content Writer and Content Manager

**Job Description**:
As a Content Writer and Content Manager, you will play a key role in creating, curating, and managing high-quality written content across various digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and SEO, to ensure the content aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:

- Create engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including website articles, blog posts, social media content, product descriptions, marketing materials, whitepapers, e-books, and video scripts.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure accuracy and credibility in the content produced.

Content Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities through audience research and keyword analysis.

Content Management:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to schedule content publication across different platforms and channels.

Content Optimization and Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use data insights to identify areas for content improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
- Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends and SEO best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Content Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Good writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content marketing tools is a plus.
- Creativity and adaptability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
