**Job Summary**:We are seeking a talented and experienced Looker Admin/Business Intelligence Lead to join our dynamic team. As the BI Engineer(Looker), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of our Looker platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that our business intelligence tools and processes enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of Looker, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- **Data Modeling and Transformation**:Design and optimise data models within Looker to support efficient and accurate reporting.

**Optimisation**:Monitor and optimise the performance of Looker dashboards and reports.Identify and address bottlenecks in data processing and visualisation.

**Key Competencies**:

- Should have 5+years' Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics).
- Strong proficiency in LookML (creating explores and models, create Persistent Derived Tables)
- SQL & data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
