**What your main responsibilities are**

To support the expanded Growth & Learning & Knowledge Mgmt needs at GMCE India COE. Need for 2 Advisors that will work across COE MD groups with design, development and execution across pricing, revenue management, DSML, digital, product and customer experience teams at India COE.

**What you’ll be working on**

As a central team, we work in close collaboration with the US G&L teams to deliver on the GMCE commercial priorities. Strategically drive solutions for professional and leadership development, managing implementation strategies, curate relevant content for a dynamic and on-demand environment. Influence and support cross-functional project teams to achieve optimal results for the business. Drive the G&L vision and strategy for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that COE partner across the Global Marketing organization.

**What we are looking out**:
**Minimum Education**

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field.

**Minimum Experience**

Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

Innovative analytical skills.

Superior demonstrated skills in access, excel and other database/analytical tools.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.

**Essential Functions**
- Leads/manages peer and cross functional/departmental analysis in sales and/or Solutions projects.
- Mentors less senior staff. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently.
- Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best practices.
- Presents solutions to upper management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
