**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.

Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand and business goals.

Provide high-end design suggestions that push creative boundaries and exceed client expectations.

Design Execution:
Create visually compelling designs across various media, including digital, print, web, and social media platforms.

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to produce innovative design solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Generate unique and diverse design concepts for multiple clients, ensuring each design is tailored to the client's specific needs and brand identity.

Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.

Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.

Animation and 3D Design (Added Advantage):
Knowledge and experience in 2D and 3D animation, creating dynamic and engaging visual content.

Utilize advanced skills in animation software to produce animated graphics that enhance the storytelling of our projects.

Software Expertise:
Utilize advanced skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.

Stay updated with the latest software and technologies to continuously improve design workflows and output.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.

5 to 10 years of professional experience in a creative design role, with a proven track record of leading successful design projects.

Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital, print, and animation.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior designers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Highly motivated and passionate about design, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation software such as After Effects, Blender, Maya, or similar tools is an added advantage.
