**JOB ROLE**
- Retail Operations Executive to organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores.
- Responsible for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.
- The goal is to ensure our stores will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.

**RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments
- Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Reviewing the team performance providing immediate feedback (both positive and development) in order to recognize and praise excellent performance and to develop areas of need
- Ensure the retail store is always presented and merchandised to the highest standards whilst maintaining focus on the most profitable items and ensuring delivery of the retail SOP
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
- Data Analysis and compilation like Primary, Secondary, Comparison, Retail Metrics and Contribution etc.
- Team Man power Sourcing and retention
- Train and develop the team to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service
- Responsible for the induction and development of the team by providing on the job training and assessing progress, through written reviews and probations.
- Ensure the Store stock SKU as per system and conduct periodical Stock Audit and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Ensure Effective CRM and Execution of Loyalty programs, Customer Data management and Customer retention.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
- Report to senior executives on progress and issues
- Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

**SKILS REQUIRE**
- Proven experience as Retail Operation Executive, Area Sales Manager, or similar managerial role
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
- Working knowledge of ERP software
- Excellent Data analysis skill with proficiency MS office tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge in CRM
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Master in business administration, retail management or similar field

**REPORTING**
- Report to - Directors / Retail Head
- Staff Reporting - Store Managers / Asst Store Managers

**CTC**
- Rs.30000 to Rs.35000
- Target based Sales Incentive

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
