**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Finance Ops Product Group Lead, this role will be accountable for value delivery and value realization for ASPAC payroll / time & attendance technology products within the region
- Own the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to ASPAC payroll / time & attendance technology products and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories within the region
- As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert in payroll / time & attendance within the region, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and for external tale
- This role will also be responsible for regionally activating large-scale, high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives within ASPAC and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets related to ASPAC payroll / time & attendance products. This role will actively feed local/regional demand to global technology leads and product owners
- This role will manage cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shape the ASPAC payroll / time & attendance technology vision/roadmap and steer squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around business impact
- Lead continuous improvement across the ASPAC payroll / time & attendance technology product lifecycle and drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad(s) objectives
- Understand latest technology trends in the payroll / time & attendance field to inform technology product roadmap within the region
- Drive selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners within the region
- Prioritize a backlog, utilizing technical expertise and understanding of customer needs, to translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria for ASPAC payroll / time & attendance technology products/platforms
- Work with the business to channel the “voice of the customer” within the ASPAC payroll / time & attendance product squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”
- Manage resources for ASPAC payroll / time & attendance product squad(s), onboarding new team members
- Define & track ASPAC payroll / time & attendance technology OKRs
- Work closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case and supporting communications and end-user outreach necessary
- Work closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery, and assess technology elements prior to user testing within the region
- Owns ASPAC payroll / time & attendance technology reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results
- Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; lead and optimize flow of value using various tools, and reporting cadences

Qualifications

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project/product management, engineering, UX, or related field
- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product developm
