The Digital Marketing Executive is a key role responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online engagement. This role involves leading a team, optimizing digital channels, analyzing performance data, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences. Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, content calendars, and budgets.

**Team Leadership**: Manage and lead a team of digital marketing specialists, coordinators, and content creators. Provide guidance, set goals, and foster professional development within the team.

**Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-quality and engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.

**Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, ROI) using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and make strategic decisions.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor search engine algorithm changes.

**Paid Advertising**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize reach, conversions, and ROI. Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and ad performance.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page performance by implementing CRO techniques. Test and optimize user experience elements to increase conversion rates.

**Budget Management**: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across various channels, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum return on investment.

**Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques. Use insights to stay ahead of the competition and recommend strategic adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
