Psychologist - Rci/ Cbt Reg(Female)

**Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years of experience

**Educational Requirements**:
Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) is mandatory

Certification (RCI) available in various areas of specialization is preferable

CBT certified

**Responsibilities**:
Assessment of the users to understand their personality and stress/anxiety levels in their daily routine

Modifying the assessment techniques for the users as and when required to address the users effectively

Perform psychological assessments, testing, and evaluation

Provide diagnosis based on assessments, testing, and evaluation

Carrying out counselling session to the users and follow up from time to time

Documenting the user profile, history, diagnosis, observations, treatment and follow ups in an accurate and timely manner

Carrying out research and maintaining a database of the research articles and summarizing the research studies

Developing educational modules for menstrual and mental health

Conducting workshops in different organisations on association of mental health with menstrual health

Coordinating with the gynaecologist and nutritionist from time to time to reach the end goal for a user in an effective manner

**Skills required**:
Excellent verbal and written communication

Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
