JD for UX/UI INTERN

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our client’s needs and help us grow our customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Coordinate with the UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design, and more
- Develop mockups for our development and design team
- Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
- Knowledgeable about creating components & properties in Figma
- Expertise in Adobe XD, Figma, and Building interactive responsive designs.
- Curious and eager to learn new things
- Very good at conducting user research and market research
- Good at understanding user needs and empathizing

**Requirements**:
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Xd, and Photoshop)

You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Xd, etc.

You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Xd and Figma

Minimum experience of 1 year in any one tool.

Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
