As a Commercial Artist with 3-4 years of experience in an advertising agency, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. Your proficiency in graphic design software, specifically CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is crucial to succeeding in this role. The position is based at our Nagar office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create eye-catching and innovative designs for various advertising materials, including print and digital collateral, social media graphics, promotional materials, etc.
- Develop visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and other design elements that communicate the client's message effectively.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate advanced skills in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator to execute design projects efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest features and tools in graphic design software to enhance productivity and creative output.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with clients and account managers to understand their design requirements, preferences, and branding guidelines.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure they meet the agency's standards and client expectations.
- **Adaptability**:

- Adapt quickly to changes in project scope, client feedback, and industry trends.
- Stay flexible and open to creative input while maintaining a focus on delivering results that align with client objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Commercial Artist in an advertising agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,634.28 - ₹50,200.83 per month
