**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the activities of our sales team remotely
- Assist in route planning for the sales team to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Follow up with sales team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales data
- Prepare and update reports and other documents using MS Excel
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
